Terms of Reference
- To coordinate, foster and promote cultural and sports activities within the University.
- To advise and make recommendations to the Vice-President (Student Affairs) on the resources required for planned cultural and sports activities of the University.

Maximum of 13 staff members appointed by the Chairman
1 full-time staff member appointed by the CityU Staff Association
2 student representatives nominated by the Students' Union

(The term of office of the members shall be two years.)
